Your account will be setup with your credit card on file as a default method of payment for all products and services provided to you by 303tech. Your credit card will automatically be charged for all monthly contracts, subscriptions, and IT support. All monthly contracts and subscriptions will be charged in advance to your credit card on the 1ST day on the month. All IT support services will be charged automatically at the end of each session. Full payment is required in advanced for all special orders. All other charges accrued are due upon completion or delivery. All unpaid balances will be assessed a late fee of 1.5% per month plus a $100 administrative fee. CURRENT BASE RATES: $200.00/hour for IT support (1 hour minimum for on-site, 1/2 minimum for support), $150/hour for clients with a system care program, $50.00 for trip charges. This service is also subject to the Universal Terms.
